I was born in Flanders by a Belgian mother and a father from South Tyrol. I have a degree in interior architecture and a degree in photography, but my passion has always been cooking.

In 2003 I moved to Milan where I finally and definitively chose the path of gastronomy.
Since then I have been a consultant for companies, author of communication projects for the world of food and specialized cooking courses. It handles the creation of personalized banqueting services and special gastronomic products for companies and individuals.
In my Atelier I want to converge all my experiences, to create a space that hosts projects and communication moments, where the culture of the table and the passion for design are breathed.
I recently opened a BLOG that tells my corner of the world.
In the editorial field I have created services for ELLE, ELLE JUNIOR, VOGUE ITALIA, VANITY FAIR, LA REPUBBLICA and others,
I wrote the book "HOW TO MAKE CHILDREN EAT VEGETABLES AND FRUITS" published in 2015 for Gribaudo Edizioni.
